Meet Veronica.
Welcome. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Grief and loss can be profoundly significant and you do not have to carry it alone.

I support people who are used to holding a lot in life as they navigate grief and loss, such as a death, the end of a relationship or a major life change.

This can also include forms of grief that are less often recognised, such as changes in identity, health, work, family relationships or the impact of ongoing stress and life pressures.

Whether your grief is recent or long held, visible or private, you are very welcome. It would be my privilege to support you.

Private support

Whether you're seeking grief or bereavement support online or in Stroud, I am here to support you through weekly or fortnightly sessions.

Private sessions create a carefully held space for you to bring what you are living with - a sanctuary from the demands and responsibilities of daily life. My approach is steady, grounded and gentle. I listen deeply to what you bring, sit with you, offer gentle questions to help you explore what you're experiencing, and guidance when it feels helpful.

Each session begins with a moment to get comfortable. From there, you are invited to bring whatever feels most present. You're allowed to not always be polished or strong, and I am not afraid of how deep you need to go. I will be there with presence, respect and patience.

My starting point is that grieving is deeply personal, does not have a timeline, and there is no formula or map. My role is to meet you where you are, empowering you as the expert on your grief and life, and walking alongside you in your journey.

My work is informed by my professional training and lived experience. The truth is: grief can be disorientating, and life can feel devastating after loss. And yet, when there is space to stay with this process of grieving and transition, I have experienced and seen how grief can become part of a life with deeper clarity, meaning and wisdom.

I work with clients online via Zoom, offering flexibility around your life and commitments. If you are based near Stroud, you may also choose in-person sessions: walking in the surrounding countryside, in a private therapy room at Ownzone in Stroud or in your home within a 15-minute drive.

It would be my privilege to support you. If this resonates, you're welcome to book a free introductory call.
