Meet Veronica.
Welcome. It's a pleasure to meet you.
Grief and loss can be profoundly significant and you do not have to carry it alone.
I support people as they navigate grief and loss, such as a death, the ending of a relationship or a major life change.
This can also include forms of grief that are less often recognised, such as changes in identity, health, work or the impact of wider pressures.
Whether your grief is recent or long-held, visible or private, you are welcome.
Private support
.Private sessions create a welcoming space for you to speak about what you are living with. My approach is steady, grounded and gentle. I listen deeply, offer gentle questions to help you explore what you're experiencing, and guidance when it feels helpful.
Each session begins with a moment to get comfortable. From there, you are invited to speak about whatever feels most important. You're allowed to not always be polished or strong, and I'm not afraid of how deep your grief goes. I will be there with presence and patience.
I believe that grieving is deeply personal, does not have a timeline or destination, and there is no formula or map. My role is to meet you where you are, empowering you as the expert on your grief and life, and walking alongside you with steadiness and support.
I came to work with grief and loss through both my professional training and lived experience. Grief can be disorientating and life can feel devastating after loss. Yet, when there is space and support to meet the process of grieving and transition, I have experienced and seen how grief can become part of a life with depth and wisdom.
I work with clients online via Zoom. If you are based near Stroud, you may also choose in-person sessions: walking in the surrounding countryside, in a private therapy room at Ownzone in Stroud town or in your home within a 15-minute drive.
It would be my privilege to support you. If something here speaks to you, you're welcome to book a free introductory call.
